Taste profile: filtered, this coffee has a lively but pleasant citrus acidity, which leaves no unpleasant aftertaste in the mouth, and therefore little bitterness. In espresso, it is for people looking for adventurous flavors but also for those who appreciate a bit of biting acidity.
This single origin coffee comes from the Fincafé de Osmin farm in Nicaragua. Osmin is the son of a family of producers, active in the cultivation of coffee and which enabled him to acquire knowledge and skills in the recovery of coffee plantations. After a few years in Canada, he acquired land in Nicaragua in 2012 to build a coffee plantation in his image and values. Fincafé was born in 2020 thanks to Osmin and his life partner, Hélène, to become a family adventure.
Rives coffee is made from Catuai Rojo coffee beans which comes from a genetic cross between yellow Caturra and Mundo Novo and which gives this fruity and complex taste.
