This coffee is a discovery by the roasting team on their last trip to the source in Costa Rica. It is an exceptional coffee from the farm of Diego Hidalgo, a caring, passionate man, concerned about the well-being of his employees and the quality of his coffee.
As a filter, the Geisha is very delicate in the mouth. It is fruity, sweet with notes of jasmine that remind us of those of a tea. This coffee is not recommended for espresso.
The Geisha is better suited to those who like to drink it black because its notes are very delicate and it would be such a shame to camouflage them with milk!
*** Be advised that grinding coffee accelerates the loss of freshness ***
