Our roasting space is moving to Limoilou !
All our coffees are now roasted in the roasting space in Limoilou.
The branch is expanding by welcoming the new roasting plant but also by doubling its number of seats. It will soon bring together new coworking spaces, a green space on the roof in addition to the café, the production kitchen and all the administrative offices. A collaborative workspace will be made available to students and professionals looking for office space * or coworking space.

The new roasting plant supports assured expertise in baking beans, with the acquisition of the famous LORING machine. We have adopted it for the quality of each cooking thanks to its meticulous and supervised process, ensuring a regularity of the flavors of the coffee beans, from one bag of coffee to another.

WHAT IS ROASTING?
In short, roasting is the process of cooking coffee. Its main goal is to burn the coffee in order to bring it to its full potential by bringing out the specific characteristics of its terroir.
HOW TO STORE YOUR COFFEE?
For optimal freshness, coffee beans can be kept 3 months after the date of roasting, if it is bagged in an airtight bag and fitted with a "degassing" valve.
IS COFFEE BETTER IN FILTER OR ESPRESSO?
Our different coffee recipes can be consumed as a filter or as an espresso. However, it will be necessary to adapt the grinding of the coffee to the infuser. Expect different notes for each type of brew. However, some coffee blends are more suitable for an espresso-type brew because of their more pronounced body.
